i bought some and then discovered tht none of us like it Embarassed Seeing as it cost me a fair bit I want to use it though nd figure if it is in stuff I will be able to deal with the sheepy flavour...
any ideas?

Would making tzatziki disguise the flavour? sheeps' stuff is really strong hey! What about soup with some yogurt in it.

i think i would have to put a lot of garlic in to hide the sheepiness. I didn't realise it would be stronger than goats milk products which I love...

Yeah it's interesting hey, it has a really intense flavour! Fetta is meant to be goat, but I only eat cow fetta coz of the intense flavour.

It might be good in an indian style curry. I reckon that's what I d do with it.

How much do you need to use up?

thankfully its only a small jar! about 500 ml i think. might go the curry, have meat in the freezer... wonder if using it as starter for cow yoghurt would work?

I'd be worried the flavour would carry over Laughing We eat goat mean a lot, in moroccan cous cous things or indian curry style things, I reckon goat yogurt with goat meat would be cool!
