Eczema cures and maintenance

My eczema is flaring up again coz it's hot. It's in a new spot, behind my knees. Normally I get it on the soles of my feet but I had a bad bout of it on my hands a couple of months ago - it preventd me from washing dishes ... I mean

I best get into the tissue salts fast, and the chickweed cream.

What do you use?

I'm lucky enough not to get it but I've been reading a bit about it lately. Hope you can get it under control!

Hugs Megs I am also lucky I dont get it.. I do have allergic reactions to different good though which I come out in big rashes that are so bloody itchy..

it feels ok atm after shit loads of aloe vera and tissue salts. Goddess the tissue salts taste disgusting to me atm

the only thing that got rid of D's was eenee moisturiser, mind you we didn't do diet stuff or anything.

I did zinc and castor oil cream for the first few years, that worked well. But it was a pita coz it was on the soles of my feet and to keep it from getting on everything I had to wear big thick sox ... and the nature of the beast is that it comes in SUMMER!!!!
