What's your best cure for the little bastards?

We just use white conditioner and a good comb. But tea tree works well, lavender too. And Neem oil is an insecticide that works well.

Someone I know said something about vodka too but I don't quite remember what ....

You drink it then pour it on your head Just kidding, it can be used in the hair mixture along wth EO's. Apparently it makes their body more permeable to the EO's. Isopropyl alcohol is better cos it is higher potency than vodka but if vodka is all you have on hand, then use it.

If I had vodka I'd be putting it with ginger beer and fresh lime mmmmmm

I did something different today ... I bought a solution for them, it's all natural, and it's in a spray bottle. It dehydrates the little fuckers apparently. Will let you know if I have thirsty nits falling off my head soon

Oh Megs you poor thing... I have heard the no shampoo thing for kids works wonders they wont ever have nits. So with bubba do wash his/her hair. You could try doing hte no shampoo thing with the other two if you want I know it didnt work for me though. Good luck and I hope you get rid of them soon...

We did the no shampoo thing, it worked great! Then we had one of her old school friends over and they brought some head tenants with them.

it worked for ages, but we had no exposure to them. Then somehow or other they ate through the grease in her hair and reinstated themselves
