Introducing Rhea
Hi everyone! My name is Nikki and I live in New Zealand in the mountains near Queenstown, my husband and I moved here from Australia about 5 months ago and so far we love it, although I suspect it will take a little longer before the people in our town accept us. So far they are a little suspicious of the dreadlocked vegans in their midst!
We don't yet have children - although not for lack of trying! We have been trying to conceive now for 22 months. When we are blessed with a child we plan on being home birthing, home schooling parents.
In the meantime I'm doing a sociology degree via correspondence and travelling as much as possible. I'm leaving for India in 12 weeks to celebrate my 30th birthday and I can't wait!
Anyway, that's me!

Thanks for all your welcomes! I'll be sure to do a India post in the fluff section when I get back and share all our stories and photos. We'll be gone for a month so there should be heaps of pics!
I'll definitely add to the cooking section as well when I get the chance, I'm obsessed with vegan food, you couldn't get me to stop cooking if you tried! Speaking of which.. the food blog link is: http://veganchickie.com and if you like the blog make sure you become a fan on stalkbook too: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Vegan-Chickie/255442911022

That is a beautiful piece of artwork in your avatar Rhea. One of yours or did you find it somewhere?

Re: Introducing Rhea
Not one of mine unfortunately. The artists name is Dana, she has some really beautiful pieces! She also does custom portraits based on your energy. All her work is really reasonably priced (portraits start at $50!).. gee I sound like an advertisement don't I? haha..
Her blog is here: http://yoniart-dana.blogspot.com/
You can also find her on facebook - although her fan page keeps getting taken down for being "offensive" (how ridiculous!!!)
